Heating elements with controler

Water heaters with controler typ EJK

Immersion heaters are electric heating elements, reserved for heating up water in either – open and closed tanks. While working – heaters must be placed fully underwater.

EJK type of heaters are reserved for heating up water in open and closed metal reservoirs, especially in enamel tanks for usage water. In those reservoirs protected against corrosion with cathode method – magnesium anode – heating elements should be partly isolated from tank’s sides. Thanks to that, electro-chemical potential difference in filled with water tank between that tank and heating element is balanced. That plays a significant role in increasing durability of heating elements and magnesium anode lifetime.

In EJK type of heaters, isolation of heating elements has been obtained by placing them in fully made from plastic body cover (incl. threaded part). Connection between heating element and tank combines grounding resistor which puts those elements into cathode method protection system.

Bottom body cover part is finished with six-angled head – key S-60; thread 1,5 – which gives opportunity to screw in heater into the tank. In case that there is no access to six-angled head, heater might be screw in as – for example – oil filter in a car (holding cover, which is made from tough, temperature-proof plastic).
It has anti-frost funktion, and is regularbar from 5 to 70 ? С. There is the protection boiler from overheating.

3-phase power supply 400 V

Maximal pressure in the tank 10 bar.

Accumulate excess energy

There where solid-fuels boilers are used, and excessive heat is released, the heat accumulator accumulates it with the following efficiency to the consumer.

Save on the difference in rates

There where electric boilers are used, the buffer capacity will allow to store heat at any time of day when the electricity rates are reduced, and return - at any time.

Allow yourself large amounts of heat

There where large amounts of heat for a short period of time are required, but boilers fail, the storage tanks will give accumulated heat in advance.
